Why We Start With Foundations at Fit2Live

Our foundations program is where all new members start their Fit2Live journey.

It includes 1-on-1 Personal Training and sometimes Nutrition and Wellness Coaching.

It helps new members build confidence, appropriately ramping up their fitness and activity while also allowing our coaches to get to know you the best way possible, in an intimate 1-on-1 coaching setting.

Essentially, we want to set you up for the most success possible when taking that next step into our Group CrossFit Program (if that is your goal) or when starting a new fitness routine.

Over the last 14 years of business, we have found that 1-on-1 Personal Training is the BEST way to start that fitness journey.

If your previous activity was non existent, foundations is the best place to start.

If you were a previous collegiate athlete, foundations is the best place to start (yes, even high level athletes still need coaching, we can just work on higher level movements or specific goals with 1-on-1 coaching and set you up for even more success).

Fit2Live is a relationship based, high accountability, coaching gym.

What does that mean?

We Care About You

It means that we start ALL new members with a conversation on who you are, what your goals are and why you want to invest in your health and fitness (the start of our relationship with you).

We also want to get to know you as a person, what you do for work, hobbies, your family, even your favorite foods. The deeper we can get to know you the more we can help you in the longterm.

We Coach

Each and every time our members step into the gym we Coach them up.

We want to set that precedent from the start of your journey at Fit2Live.

If you’re not into getting feedback and help from a Coach, Fit2Live might not be the best gym for you. A big globo gym that provides access to equipment or a facilitation gym might be more up your alley.

A huge part of what you pay for at Fit2Live is guidance and support from your Coaches each time you step into the gym, we are on this journey with you!

High Accountability

We don’t want our members to come in once a week or to go hard for a month and never show up again. We want you to show up at least 3 times a week, have the best hour of your day each time you come to Fit2Live and to show up again the next day.

Life will get crazy at times, you might fall off with your progress or lose focus. Our Coaches WILL keep you on track and get you back on track with your fitness if life happens and you fall off the wagon for a bit.

Starting with 1-on-1 Personal Training allows us to give you the MOST accountability when you have a set appointment and a place to show up with a Coach waiting on you to show up and work hard.

It nearly guarantees your long term success of your new fitness routine at Fit2Live.

*We can teach you the basics of scaling which will be crucial in your long term fitness success and sustainability.

*We are a coaching gym and want to show you how we can help you upfront with 1-on-1 Coaching.
