Action is Greater Than Information
When it comes to health and fitness; there is no shortage of information out there.
The majority of the public knows they should exercise.
The majority of the public knows they should limit their fast food, chips, alcohol, soda; and in general, eat less.
Yet…
The rate of obesity in this country continues to rise.
Obesity rates in America have gone from 32.9% in 2003 to 43% in 2022.
That’s 4 out of 10 Americans who are obese.
95% of human behavior is automatic, unconscious behaviors.
The estimate is that roughly 35,000 decisions are made each day.
Think about all the decisions made each day; 95% of them you don’t even realize you’re making, that’s 33,250 decisions that you aren’t responsible for.
Same goes for the majority of behaviors associated with moving, eating and spending.
You’ll read all the books, download all the apps and watch all the videos on how to exercise better, eat better, and lose weight.
However, you’re lacking 1 thing.
