CLASSES

CrossFit

All CrossFit classes complete the CrossFit Workout of the Day. The WOD is a beautiful blend of functional movements (gymnastics, weightlifting and cardio) performed at relative high intensity and scaled to perfection by our expert and caring coaches to give you the best hour of your day at Fit2Live!

Barbell

Come enjoy all things barbell with this specifically programmed workout involving all things barbell skill, strength and conditioning. You will clean, snatch, squat, press, and deadlift to name a few. All skill sets are welcome. Prepare to sweat and throw a barbell around safely for 60 minutes.

Kettlebell

Fit2Live Kettlebell class is just what the name implies. 60 minutes of all things kettlebell technique, strength and conditioning. You’ll complete the kettlebell workout of the day with relatively high intensity scaled appropriately by your Fit2Live Coach.

Endurance

Prepare yourself mentally and physically for our toughest class offered. This is 75 minutes of pure work via gymnastics, weightlifting, and plenty of cardio. Think of the CrossFit workout of the day, but much more. At least 1 month of Fit2Live experience is strongly recommended before hopping into this class. The class will of course be scaled appropriately to give you the best 75 minutes of your day.

Gymnastics

Come work on a fundamental skill set, Gymnastics. In this class you’ll work on progressions and skills related to all things bodyweight movements (think pull-ups, push-ups, handstands, muscle-ups, burpees, core work and much more). All skill sets are welcome. We’ll work on everything from ring work to handstands and everything in between.

Master's CrossFit

Our masters training program is designed with the masters athlete (50+) in mind. We will prepare you for anything life throws your way all while building greater levels of health and fitness alongside your fellow masters athletes. Our masters program focuses on: *Movement and mobility first, fitness second. *We will progressively teach you how to resolve pain, overcome injuries, minimize the side effects of aging, restore your general physical capacity, re-learn movements, and, ultimately, regain control of your body. *Our program will help you feel stronger, faster, and happier than you are right now for many years to come. *Each class participant will receive individual attention and coaching in a fun group setting with scaling options that allow for a personalized workout for each participant.
