Don’t be so hard on yourself.

Do you want to be around for your kids, grandkids, your spouse a year from now, 10 years from now?
Do you want to be active and engaged in the activities you do with your loved ones?
Do you want to avoid the hospital and sickness?
Those are sticky “whys” that should lead to some inspiration to do the hard things now.
To get off the couch and move your body a little more, to eat a little less junk food, to drink a little less empty calories.
You aren’t lazy, you just need to find more goals that inspire you to take action today, tomorrow and the next day.
