Keep It Simple

If you’re just starting your fitness journey, here’s my top secret:

Keep It Simple.

Get up a bit earlier.

Go outside before you have breakfast.

Eat breakfast.

Eat the same lunch all week.

Move for a total of an hour every day.

Walking is fine to start.

Break into a run when you’re ready.

3 times per week, challenge yourself.

Stop eating after dinner.

Stop staying up until midnight.

Find someone to do it with as soon as you can.

If that’s a workout buddy, great.

If that’s a Coach, even better.

Simplicity gets you there faster.

Having a support system makes it stick.

Don’t overcomplicate it.

Just get started with 1 thing you can improve.
