Weekly Rundown May 3rd-8th

Hello my F2L’ers!

It’s a fantastic week for a fresh start as Fit2Live!

We’ve got a new standard warm-up to kick things off this week.

New Fit2Live Standard Warm-Up

We’ll knock this warm-up out for the next month as we prepare for the Memorial Day “Murph”.

After that we’ll move into 6 weeks of running goals and a new warm-up!

Weekly Rundown!

We’ll kick this fitness filled week off with a back squat build on Monday followed by 3 minute intervals with wall balls and pull-ups. Tuesday’s workout will start with a shoulder press build for strength followed by a mini Fight Gone Bad variation with rowing, dumbbell alternating snatches and burpeese. We’ll tackle two rounds for time on Wednesday with kettlebells, step-ups and plenty of sit-ups. Thursday will be quite the active recovery AMRAP 20 with wall walks, v-ups, lunges with single leg RDLs and single-unders on top! Friday’s workout will be a “Murph” prep with 3 AMRAP 8’s involving running, pull-ups, push-ups and air squats! We’ll wrap the week up on Saturday with the benchmark workout “Elizabeth”.

“The goal is to get fit, make it the best hour of your day, stay safe, turn up the music, high five some people, and blow off some steam. So remember that, relax, have fun, work out.”

Have a fantastically awesome week of training and working towards more health and fitness!
