Meet Bryan.

Bryan got started at Fit2Live in December of 2023.

He came to us looking to find a gym that he would actually want to come to consistently with workouts and a community that would get him excited to show up.

His previous fitness trials had not panned out so well.

Looking at Bryan’s consistency and results over the last 8 months you would never know that he had struggles with fitness consistency before.

Bryan regularly attends class at Fit2Live 4-5x a week and loves every second of it, something he never thought possible.

He has blazed a trail to the 100 class club in a short amount of time.

How did he stick to this previously failed habit?

Bryan has lost 6lbs of bodyweight and most importantly gained 10lbs of functional MUSCLE muscle💪🏾, in just 8 months!

His hard work and consistency is certainly paying off.

He can do more with his body inside and outside of the gym than he ever could before.

He does this one top of his busy academic position as a Professor.
