Happy Labor Day weekend everybody!
The only class on Labor Day at Fit2Live is from 9 to 10:30am.
The Handstand hold is up to 45 seconds this week. And here is what we have in store for training:
Monday is a partner labor intensive workout of grunt style work along with rope climbs. Tuesday is overhead squats and an EMOM 15 of HSPU, toes to bar, and KB swings. Wednesday is 3 position cleans, burpees, and dumbbell squats. Thursday will be an AMRAP 30 of all of the bodyweight accessory movements. Friday is bodyweight compound movements such as running, squatting, push ups, box jumps, and sit ups. Saturday will be a parking lot workout with a lot barbell!
