Hello Fit2Live Friends!

In store for this week, on Monday we have max HSPU test followed by wallballs and burpees. Tuesday is 3 rounds of running and strict gymnastics. Wednesday is clean and jerk strength work sprinkled (or doused) with some double unders. Thursday is a whole medley of core and bodyweight dynamic cardio. Friday is Scaled Chelsea. On Saturday you will experience 20 rounds of dumbbell. Enjoy!
