Hello Fit2Live family!

This week’s handstand holds increase to 40 seconds. 

We kick this week off with overhead squats and 3 rounds of ball slams, rowing, and kettlebell fun on Monday. Tuesday will be some very tough shoulder skill work followed by heavy deadlifts and piked handstand push ups. Wednesday will be 10 rounds of muscle ups, deck squats, and V ups. Thursday is full of very active recovery AMRAPs of lower and upper body movements. Friday is 5 rounds of barbell. Saturday is 100 reps of straight up madness.
