Monday is full of squat snatches, hang power snatches, and calories. Tuesday will be 2 workouts which include strict handstand push ups, power cleans, box jumps, and step ups. Wednesday is full of fitness tricks with rope climbs, flip squats, and burpee star jumps. Thursday is classic core and cardio with calories, jump rope, and Russian twists. Friday is a chipper workout you can split up as you desire with hang power cleans, ground to over shoulder, and cals. Saturday is a deck of cards workout!
