Hello Fit2Live!
Here is what we have in store for this week:
Bodyweight chipper on Monday with running, pistols, push ups, and pull ups. Alternating EMOM of handstand push up and power cleans on Tuesday. Wednesday is a dumbbell day with renegade rows, deadlifts, farmer carries, and double unders too. Thursday is a fun “choose your own destiny” medley of core and cardio. Friday is FRAN! Saturday 3 Rounds of timed intervals with varying functional fitness movements. Come see what it is! 😛
