This week the warm up run will increase to 700m and the single leg hip bridge hold will increase to 35 seconds.

Monday will have shoulder strength work and running with back pedals. Tuesday will have front squats and a grindy countdown WOD of burpee box jumps and toes to bar. Wednesday comprises of 800m runs and a high power output EMOM. Thursday is a kettlebell recovery movement workout. Friday is a solid upper body strength + hip and core performance workout, which also includes double unders (all of the bodyweight movements). Saturday is a perfect weekend workout as it is “Tiger Blood” which includes clean and jerks and running, and then a partner sled push finisher afterwards.
