Incentives start a habit, your identity sustains that habit.

We all have bouts of motivation and inspiration.

An incentive perhaps that gets us going.

We all have seen a shiny object and think that we want that shiny object as well.

We all have experienced excitement and intensity in the beginning of starting a new habit.

These are all great starts and motivators to try something new.

In order for these new habits to stick longer than the month of January we must want to BECOME the type of person who does that habit consistently.

Don’t tell yourself you’re going to workout 3x a week.

BECOME a person who exercises and moves their body.

Don’t tell yourself you’ll try that new diet out.

BECOME a person who eats real food and not too much regularly.

Don’t say you’re committing to going to bed earlier this week.

BECOME a person who goes to bed at 10pm every night and prepares for bedtime at 9:15pm every night.

Don’t tell yourself you’re going to cut back on alcohol.

BECOME a person who only has 1 drink on a Saturday night.

Make it factual and tie it to your identity for it to stick.

We have hundreds of members at Fit2Live who have BECOME healthier eaters.

Members who have BECOME people who move their body daily.

Awesome F2L’ers who have BECOME someone who cares about their long term health and functional ability as they age.
