This week the iso push up hold goes to 50 seconds.
This week is full of body weight and aerobic conditioning. Monday starts with kipping pull up development and tabata bodyweight work sandwiched with calories. Tuesday will be all things clean and jerk development along with some double unders. Wednesday will be pause overhead squats along with burpees, lunges, and toes to bar. Thursday is glutes, core, and upper body strength. Friday is lower body strength and power development with deadlift work and box work. Saturday ends with a banger, Barbara extended with some calories. Have fun!
