The open is getting close, and the workouts this week are going to prepare you well for it. Monday is going to be an EMOM of kipping pull ups then an AMRAP 16 of renegade rows and push ups with DB box step overs. Tuesday will be deadlifts, barbell clusters, and calories. Wednesday will be back squats, tall box jumps, and heavy DB snatches. Thursday will be a fun day of body building! Friday will be a series of AMRAP 2s with single dumbbell activities. Saturday finishes the week with a bang by hitting everyone hard with 5 rounds DT and Cindy! Check BTWB for more details.
