HAPPY NEW YEAR! TIME TO GET BACK TO THE GRIND!
This week starts fun with some strength work and then transitions into some raw capacity building and cardio. Have fun and work hard definitely fits the script this week. Monday’s workout will be the crossfit total. Tuesday will be fight gone bad which always ensures soreness. Wednesday is some bodybuilding work followed by shredders (shout out coach cassie) and slamball ground to over shoulders. Thursday is Annie with some calories. Friday is squat cleaning Chief. And then last but definitely not least, Saturday is filthy fifty. Buckle up for a good mouth full of name WODs.
