Happy Sunday everyone!
This week the push up holds go up to 20 seconds. Monday will be kipping technique work followed by an MLK tribute workout. Tuesday will have deadlifts for strength followed by an EMOM 12. Wednesday’s workout will have back squats and an AMRAP of 12 to work on core and coordination. Thursday’s workout will have turkish get ups and other large range of motion exercises to help the body recover. Friday is a tough one with handstand push ups, wall balls, and step ups. Saturday is Cindy with some calories.
