We all have the knowledge.
We know what “we should” and shouldn’t do for the vast majority of decisions.
We know “we should” eat fruits and vegetables.
We know “we should” eat more protein.
We know that “we should” move our body everyday.
We know “we should” strength train.
We know “we should” drink more water.
We know “we should” sleep 8 hours a night.
So why don’t we do these things consistently or at all?
Having the knowledge of what “we should” do makes us feel good inside.
It makes us feel that we are competent and have all the answers.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t lead to results or change.
Taking action is the key ingredient.
Action > knowledge
80% in life is just showing up, it has very little to do with having more knowledge.
Catch yourself the next time you tell yourself that you need more information, more knowledge, or that you need to become an expert.
You don’t, what you need to do is take action and do the work with the simple things consistently.
Avoid paralysis by analysis and get to work.
Having trouble taking action?
That’s where a coach comes in.
Yes, we have the knowledge.
We also provide the accountability and action to provide real results.
We get you from the knowledge stage to the action stage.
