Fitness=Saying YES More

At Fit2Live, our mission is to give our members the functional fitness needed to live their lives to the fullest well into their 80s, 90s and 100s.

We want our members to be a little better than yesterday and to have the BEST hour of their day each and everyday time they come to train with us.

Most importantly, having more functional fitness allows us to say YES to more in our lives.

It allows us to say “YES” to more new adventures.

It allows us to say “YES” to more new physical challenges.

It allows us to say “YES” to wearing whatever clothes we want (or don’t want).

It allows us to say “YES” when our kids and eventual grandkids ask us to come play with them.

It allows us to say “YES” to big life goals, because I know we’ve got a long, bright future of capability in front of us.

It allows us to say “YES” to dessert (in moderation of course).

It allows us to say “YES” when the person at home depot asks, “are you sure you can load that up in your truck by yourself?”

It allows us to say “YES” to that pool party or spur of the moment boat day with confidence.

It allows us to say “YES” to bringing all the groceries in the house in one trip.

It allows us to say “YES” to that last minute invitation to do a Saturday or Sunday morning 5k.

It allows us to say “YES” to completing a 5 mile hike with my family without hesitation (even if we end up having to carry our kids or dogs for a mile on the way back.)
