Happy 4th weekend everyone! I hope you are all having fun, and not soaking up too much sun. 🙂 This week the single leg hold is being bumped up to 40 seconds, and the run is being bumped up to 800m.

Monday will be partner Kalsu. Tuesday will be overhead squats and a countdown WOD, Wednesday will be EMOM 10s with shuttle runs, chin ups, and wall ball. Thursday will be a 3 round Kettlebell workout. Friday will be a for time workout with bodyweight movements, and Saturday is “Gobstopper” with hang power snatches and running.

Work hard. Have fun.
