This week is a little different than normal, but still fun and challenging. Monday will have an EMOM 8 of snatches followed by running, burpees box overs, and toes to bar. Tuesday is a leg heavy day with heavy power cleans and air squats. Wednesday is EMOM 15 dumbbell bonanza. Thursday is partner body building fun, so you won’t want to miss it! Friday is partner “Grunt work,” and Friday is 30 rounds of 5 different low rep exercises. Prepare to feel uber strong and fit after this week.
