Monday is the classic yet awesome CrossFit total for a good strength session. Tuesday has single leg strength work along with pull ups and devil’s presses. Wednesday has 400m running intervals and an AMRAP 11 with core work and lateral step ups. Thursday is gymnastic positions bonanza. Friday is an epic partner workout with wallballs and calories. Saturday is the classic Running Chief workout with runs, power cleans, push ups, and air squats.
