Here is the rundown for the week of workouts.
This week is another good week of just long and hard working workouts. Monday will test strict pull ups and then expand your pull up, burpee, and barbell capacity. Tuesday will develop your lower body work capacity with deadlifts and wall balls. Wednesday is 3 rounds of toes to bar skill capacity and cardio. Thursday is a 10 rounder with wall walks, L sits, planks and calories. Friday will be an AMRAP 20 of choose your own adventure. Saturday will be an AMRAP 40 partner workout to sweat out the holiday demons. Check out BTWB for more details.
