Rundown week 2 of pull up unit!
Eat well this week as you will need it to fuel all of the fitness! Monday’s workout includes pull up strength work followed by barbell cycling and burpees under sprinting conditions. Tuesday’s workout is front squats followed by an EMOM 16 of machine cals and jump rope work. Wednesday starts with deck squats then goes into a workout full of dumbbell and box step ups to get your rhomboids, glutes, and shoulders in order. Thursday will be Coach Sharon’s workout of choice which will probably be full of pleasure-pain so you can earn all of the Thanksgiving calories. Friday’s workout is “The Purge,” which is an AMRAP of all things body weight. Saturday is a partner metal pet Turkey workout.
