How Nutrition Coaching Helped Sam Postpartum

Shout out to our July Nutrition Coaching Client of the month Sammy!


Sam joined us in March of this year.

She had goals of getting back into a fitness routine post partum while also focusing on improving her healthy lifestyle habits to find balance in her new routine as a mom.

She has been consistently working hard to establish new rhythms and habits of fitness and nutrition as she balances her new role of mom with all the other roles in her life.

Sam shares why she chose to embark on this journey at this busy time in her life:

I decided to sign up for nutrition coaching when I was 5 weeks postpartum. I wanted to get back in shape and establish healthy sustainable habits to model for my baby boy as he grows up.

What she has learned so far:

I have learned learned so many things over the past three months. Two of the most impactful things I have learned are intuitive eating and build a healthy balanced plate. I did not want to have to rely on calorie counting to maintain healthy eating habits and these methods have helped me tremendously.

I would encourage everyone to sign up for nutrition coaching. EJ is the best nutrition coach out there. She takes the time to listen to your goals and works with you to build a program that will help you reach them. I am so thankful that I invested my time and money towards a healthier lifestyle.
