How Mike Is Preparing For Retirement at Fit2Live.

This is Mike.

He’s come quite a ways since joining us in February of this year.

Mike had a specific goal of preparing for his retirement in a couple of years.

He wanted to lay a solid foundation of healthy lifestyle habits and movement before the next chapter of his life.

Mike wanted to prepare to not just retire, but to retire and begin living his best life with more health and functional fitness.

He knew he needed more functional movement, more strength, more mobility, more stamina and more overall balance in his day to day life.

Mike knew he had some work to do and that he needed to lay a solid foundation in sustainable healthy lifestyle habits.

Mike came to Fit2Live in hopes of getting coaches who could help him with these goals.

What he found were certainly plenty of coaches to help him in his fitness journey, but also a pretty great community alongside him every step of the way.

Mike started with our foundations program, where we addressed his imbalances and appropriately increased his workouts and fitness.

He then started showing up to class consistently.

In good time he layered in even more accountability and guidance with Nutrition and Wellness Coaching.

Fast forward to today and Mike has never felt better.

He regularly shows up to class doing workouts he never dreamed of doing a year ago.

He does more with his body now in pre-retirement than he did in his younger years.

It’s safe to say that Mike has laid a solid foundation for more functional fitness, health and a higher quality of life for many more years to come.
