We have more birthday bash fun on Monday for Brandon, a partner workout with wall walks and lower body work on Tuesday, intervals and posterior chain development on Wednesday, recovery core Thursday, a classic triplet style Crossfit workout on Friday, and a very hefty Juneteenth workout on Saturday.
