We are very excited to officially welcome a familiar face to the Fit2Live coaching team.
Alan Poslaiko has been part of the Fit2Live community since June of 2024, and it did not take long to see that he was all in. He jumped into classes, embraced the training, got involved in the community, and quickly became someone people were used to seeing around the gym.
We are pumped to officially welcome him as Coach Alan.
From Member to Coach
One of the coolest things about Alan joining the coaching team is that he already understands the Fit2Live experience from the member side.
He practices what he now preaches. You can usually find Alan in class four to five times each week, putting in the work, improving his own fitness, and continuing to challenge himself alongside the rest of the community.
Alan is a great example of what can happen when you combine consistency, coachability, and community. He shows up, works hard, asks questions, learns, supports others, and keeps finding ways to get better.
That is exactly the kind of energy we love seeing in our coaches.

Earning the Opportunity
Alan recently earned his CrossFit Level 1 certification and then cruised through our coaching onboarding program at Fit2Live.
More importantly, he is hungry to keep learning.
That matters to us.
Great coaches are not just people who know movements or can explain a workout. Great coaches care about people. They keep learning, keep practicing, keep improving, and keep looking for better ways to help members move safely, build confidence, and enjoy the process.
Alan is excited to do exactly that.
He is ready to help members move better, get stronger, celebrate wins, and make every class the best hour of the day.
Meet Coach Alan
Here is Alan’s story in his own words:
“Hey Fit2Live!
I started my fitness journey in high school through football, and it continued to evolve from there.
I spent a lot of time weightlifting in my early 20s. My grandfather competed in weightlifting competitions, so you could say it was in my blood.
As I got older, I began focusing more on overall fitness and training in a functional fitness style. For a while, I competed in professional obstacle course racing and even made it to the Spartan Race finals in Lake Tahoe.
When COVID hit, I needed a new way to train and jumped deep into the Peloton craze. I focused mostly on cardio for several years, but I always wanted to find my way back to weightlifting.
That is where Fit2Live entered the picture.
I had always wanted to try CrossFit, but it intimidated me. I had so much respect for people who committed themselves to functional fitness, and I did not think I would be able to keep up.
Looking back, my biggest regret is waiting so long to try it.
Fit2Live gives me the perfect combination of cardio and weightlifting, but the thing that surprised me most was the community. The atmosphere and the people here are incredible.
The reason I decided to coach was all of you.
I love seeing people accomplish a new movement, hit a PR, or make progress toward a personal goal. Whatever your goal may be, I am here to help you reach it and celebrate all of your wins along the way!”

Why Alan’s Story Matters
A lot of people can probably relate to Alan’s story.
He had experience with fitness. He had lifted weights. He had competed in obstacle course racing. He had built a strong cardio base through Peloton. But even with all of that experience, trying functional fitness in a group setting still felt intimidating.
That is something we hear all the time.
People are interested in Fit2Live, but they wonder if they will be able to keep up. They wonder if they are fit enough to start. They wonder if the workouts will be too intense or if they will feel out of place.
Alan’s story is a great reminder that you do not need to have everything figured out before you start.
You just need to walk through the door.
Once Alan did that, he found the thing that keeps so many people coming back: the combination of coaching, cardio, strength training, challenge, support, and community.
Coaching From Experience
Alan understands what it feels like to be curious about functional fitness but unsure about taking the first step.
That perspective is going to make him a great coach.
He knows what it is like to want more from your training. He knows what it is like to miss lifting weights, want better overall fitness, and look for a place that feels like the right fit. He also knows what it is like to discover that the community is just as important as the workouts.
As a coach, Alan is excited to help members experience those same wins.
Whether you are learning a new movement, working toward a PR, trying to build consistency, or just trying to make it through a tough workout with a smile, Alan is ready to support you.
