This week the hanging hollow body hold goes to 30 seconds each day.
We have an exciting week ahead of us. Monday will be pull up strength plus anaerobic capacity work via EMOMs. Tuesday will be overhead squats followed by an AMRAP 11 of posterior chain movements. Wednesday is single leg strength work followed by a reverse pyramid of DB and jump rope fun. Thursday will be 60/30 for 30 minutes of various cardio and core for a nice active recovery day. Friday will be a solid upper body strength day with pull ups, dips, TGUs, and split lunge jumps. Last but definitely not least, Saturday is the “Open Test” workout.
