Happy Sunday Jousters!

It’s that time again, time for more health and fitness at Joust!

We’ll kick this week off on Monday with WB cleaning Cindy! Tuesday will be 100 Push presses with running mixed in. Wednesday will be an EMOM with rower sprint and heavy deadlifts. Thursday this week is much nicer than last week as it will have jumping jacks, planks, and sit ups. Friday we get to enjoy bicep curls and rear foot elevated split squats for strength, followed by goblet lunges and dips for a WOD! Saturday we close the week off with a Hero workout, Kevin Prior, which includes hang power cleans, toes to bar, and running.
