Weekly Rundown week of 4/12-4/17

Happy Sunday Jousters!

It’s that time again, time for more health and fitness at Joust!

We’ll kick this week off on Monday with a big barbell complex AMRAP including deadlifts, hang power cleans, front squats, push presses, and back squats! Tuesday will be plenty of rounds of kettlebell work, running, and v ups. Wednesday will start with single arm strict press strength work then go into piked handstand push ups and box step ups. Thursday will be a very active recovery day with deck squats, rowing, and burpees! Friday we get to enjoy 5 rounds of dips and chin ups followed by 5 rounds of slamball fun all split up with box jumps! Saturday we get a taste of barbells for boobs by completing Grace then Annie.
