There will be clusters and plenty of gymnastics!
We’ll kick this week off on Monday with our second fitness challenge of March, in the form of burpeese! Get to class on Monday and show us what you’ve got for 5 minutes of burpeese! Most creative burpeese gets a t-shirt! After the burpee fun we’ll get re-introduced to the squat rack with back squats for strength! We’ll finish Monday with a countdown workout of alternating renegade rows and back rack step-ups! Tuesday’s workout will be an AMRAP 21 involving running and all things slam balls! Wednesday’s workout will be a St.Patty’s Day workout/Coach Ryan’s birthday workout involving clusters and all sorts of gymnastics movements, don’t miss out! Thursday will involve plenty of calories on the rower with an every minute on the minute interruption. We’ll knock out the second of three Open workouts on Friday. The week will be wrapped up with 10 rounds for time of thrusters and double-under, oh yeah!
