Samina’s journey from almost quitting to 250 classes at Fit2Live!

Today we are celebrating Samina’s 250 class milestone at Fit2Live! 🎉

Samina’s journey at Fit2Live began in August 2023 when she decided it was time to get back on track with her fitness and build more strength.

Samina started with our foundations program doing 1-on-1 coaching.

When she first started in class she was doubting herself and her abilities.

She almost quit Fit2Live.

But…..SHE DIDN’T.

Fast forward nearly two years, and she’s absolutely crushed it, hitting her 250 class milestone with incredible progress to show for it. 💪🔥

Since starting her fitness journey with us, Samina has achieved some impressive results:

✅ 2.5 lbs of lean muscle gained

✅ Body fat percentage down by over 8%

✅ Increased energy, less stress, and healthier habits

But Samina’s transformation isn’t just about the numbers.

Along the way, she’s also become a true inspiration to those around her – from her fellow Fit2Live members to her family, who have started to incorporate healthier habits thanks to her influence.

Samina is known in class for her positive attitude and infectious smile, always bringing a burst of energy and good vibes to every workout. It’s been a joy to watch her progress and see her smash through her goals.

Here’s what Samina had to say about her journey so far at Fit2Live and why she almost quit but didn’t.

“I was thinking of quitting one month into the workout . Looking around at everyone lifting heavy weights was extremely intimidating as I barely survived the workout on 10 lb weights. I could barely finish 3 rounds when the white board said 5 rounds. I thought I wouldn’t make it and felt quite helpless. The only thing that kept me motivated was your positive feedback and encouragement and also those strong athletes around me who kept cheering for me to finish. Sticking to classes at Fit2Live has been one of the best things in my life. Not only have I achieved my goals – like doing a strict pull-up, rolling a tire for 50 meters, and surviving endurance class – but I’ve also gained strength and made some great friends along the way. It’s been an exciting journey, and I can’t wait to keep pushing forward!”
