This week is full of movement. Monday is overhead squats then a reverse pyramid workout of deadlifts and pull ups. Tuesday is HSPU skill work then deck squats and burpees to a plate. Wednesday is a fun one with max height box jumps followed by more box jumps and clean and jerks. Thursday is a workout of muscle up transitions followed by more core work, shoulder stability and cardio. Friday is a solid crossfit sandwich of thrusters and toes to bar.
