Happy Sunday and I hope you are all enjoying your Memorial Day weekend. Remember to take a moment of silence this weekend to honor the fallen service members who have fought for our country. 

Monday will kick off with the classic Memorial Day workout, Murph.  Tuesday is Coach EJ’s birthday workout with alotta kettlebell and burpee bonanza. Wednesday is recovery day this week, which includes some standing DB holds, recovery cardio, and bear crawls. Thursday is Coach Kara’s birthday workout with some barbell bonanza! Friday is DB box step overs and a toes to bar/dip countdown.  Saturday is a spin off of the workout named Acid Bath.  Have fun everyone! Be safe, hydrate well, and roll out those aching muscles!
