Happy Sunday. I hope you all had a great holiday. This week the hanging hollow hold is moving to 20 seconds.

Monday will be strict pull ups, burpee box stuff, and knees to elbows. Tuesday will be all things lower body with front squats, wall balls, and power cleans. Wednesday’s workout is full of machine and DB cardio, along with coaches delight finisher. Thursday is core and bodyweight complexes to move the body through large ranges of motion. Friday is more pull up strength followed by December Painstorm. Saturday is a partner relay AMRAP 20 workout. For more details, check beyond the whiteboard.
