Happy Sunday Friends.

This week is going up to 120 seconds for yogi squat. Monday is snatch work followed by wall walks and calories. Tuesday will be squatting and legs, and then legs, and then more legs. Wednesday is barbell hang cleans, lunges, then some strict toes to bar and cardio. Thursday is deck squats and a whole series of core exercises. Friday is bear complexes, bar muscle ups, and pull ups. Saturday is dumbbell bonanza with running.
