Our group CrossFit program and Personal Training services combine functional movements with relative high intensity scaled perfectly by our expert coaches for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. You’ll focus on building fitness which will prepare you for any task or active endeavor life throws your way. Our programs are balanced across all physical fitness skills including respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Expect to squat, deadlift, row, bike, burpee and have some fun! This program is perfect for anyone looking to increase their fitness for life alongside a group of like minded individuals under the guidance of our expert coaches.

Masters Programs fit for:
Individuals aged 55+ looking to start a functional movement program to increase their health and longevity for life, starting with the first step of getting off the couch.
When:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8am.
Safety is our number one concern. Our goal is to lead, inspire and instruct our masters athletes to more health and fitness with a starting point designed to meet you where you are at currently.
