Our group CrossFit program and Personal Training services combine functional movements with relative high intensity scaled perfectly by our expert coaches for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. You’ll focus on building fitness which will prepare you for any task or active endeavor life throws your way. Our programs are balanced across all physical fitness skills including respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Expect to squat, deadlift, row, bike, burpee and have some fun! This program is perfect for anyone looking to increase their fitness for life alongside a group of like minded individuals under the guidance of our expert coaches.

Masters (55+) Group Classes 
(Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8am)

Masters Programs fit for:

Individuals aged 55+ looking to start a functional movement program to increase their health and longevity for life, starting with the first step of getting off the couch.

When:

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8am.

Safety is our number one concern. Our goal is to lead, inspire and instruct our masters athletes to more health and fitness with a starting point designed to meet you where you are at currently.

We’re here to build you up, not break you down.

WHY YOU SHOULD DO OUR MASTERS (55+) CLASSES 

  • Our masters (55+) classes program is designed with the masters athlete in mind. We will prepare you for anything life throws your way all while building greater levels of health and fitness alongside your fellow masters athletes.

OUR MASTERS (55+) CLASSES  ON:

  • Movement and mobility first, fitness second. 

  • We will progressively teach you how to resolve pain, overcome injuries, minimize the side effects of aging, restore your general physical capacity, re-learn movements, and, ultimately, regain control of your body.
  • Our program will help you feel stronger, faster, and happier than you are right now for many years to come.

  • Each class participant will receive individual attention and coaching in a fun group setting with scaling options that allow for a personalized workout for each participant.

Meet our Masters Coach Sharon Lapides:

Sharon Lapides has 40 years of fitness education experience under her belt.

She is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CFL2) with plenty of fitness certifications behind her name and a passion for helping individuals live healthier lives.

Sharon is one heck of a masters athlete herself, having completed a marathon and being a CrossFit Open Masters Qualifier (top 200 in world) in 2015/2016, 2016/2017, 2017/2018. She currently competes in Olympic Weightlifting at the National Level while supplementing with CrossFit training.
