Monica Just Hit the 500 Class Club at Fit2Live 🎉

This is Monica.

She just reached 500 classes at Fit2Live!

This milestone represents a lot more than a number on the board. It represents consistency, commitment, and the decision to keep showing up week after week long enough for real change to happen.

Monica joined Fit2Live in March of 2023 when she was relocating to Ann Arbor and looking for a CrossFit gym that would help her build more endurance, improve her fitness, and most importantly, find a community that would keep her consistent.

That is an honest goal, and it is one we hear often. Most people do not struggle because they do not know workouts matter. They struggle because they are trying to do it without support.

It is safe to say Monica found exactly what she was looking for in her support system at Fit2Live.

Consistency That Builds Strength and Endurance

Since joining, Monica has been incredibly consistent. She regularly shows up to class 4 to 5 times each week, that routine has translated into steady progress across the board.

Over time she has built more strength, more endurance, and more functional fitness, and she has done it the way the best results are built, through repeatable effort and a mindset that does not depend on motivation alone.

Taking Fitness Beyond Regular Classes

Monica has not kept her fitness limited to the regular class schedule. She has also competed in our Fall Brawl in house competitions, where she has had a blast testing her fitness, cheering on teammates, and leaning into the fun side of challenging yourself.

On top of using her fitness in the gym Monica is frequently out camping and hiking with her husband and dog every chance she gets, using that functional fitness in the real world!

The Best Part Isn’t Just the Workout, It’s the People

As much as Monica has gained physically, what she values most about Fit2Live is not just the workouts. It is the community.

Monica said it best in her own words:

“What I love most about Fit2Live is definitely the people and the coaches. I’ve tried out several CrossFit gyms before, but none of them have the same vibe or the level of support that Fit2Live does. I keep coming back because I really feel like I’m part of the community; it’s my safe spot, and it motivates me to keep pushing in my everyday life.”
