Meet Barb, A Fit2Live Personal Training Rockstar!

Barb Tucker is a Personal Training Rockstar at Fit2Live!

Barb started her Fit2Live journey in January of 2019 with group classes.

Barb enjoyed the camaraderie and energy from the group classes.

In August of 2021 Barb decided to give personal training a try with Coach Brandon.

She quickly found great value in the private 1-on-1 sessions with Coach Brandon.

She enjoyed the custom workout plan and specific goals that helped her get closer to her long term ambitions.

Barb began training with Coach Brandon 2x a week to work towards her specific goals of being able to easily get up off the floor and to support her bodyweight. This equated to working on deck squats and handstands in the watchful eyes of Coach Brandon amongst other specific movements.

Barb has long term goals of keeping up with her grandchildren and continuing to play tennis with her friends for as long as she possibly can.

3 Years later, Barb continues to see Brandon twice a week.

She doesn’t take steps backwards and Brandon ensures that she is in constant pursuit and focus of being a little better than yesterday.

To date, Barb has done over 250 personal training sessions with Coach Brandon!

That’s 250 hours of consistent, focused, hard work. All under the watchful eye of her Coach.

*Barb has achieved some pretty impressive things with Brandon.
*She has lost 5lbs of fat and turned that into an additional 5lbs of muscle.
*She is hitting personal best in deadlifts, lifting over 100lbs for the first time in her life.
*Her mobility has improved as is her conditioning. 
*She is one of the fittest members we have at her age all because she doesn’t miss days and weeks.

She has the accountability and clear plan to action to get closer to her goals each and everyday.

The coolest achievement for Barb might be the ability to show off her strength to her friends on what she CAN do in real life.

She has the functional ability to tackle whatever life demands of her.

Best of all, she is increasing her life span AND her healthspan each and every day. Which equates to more QUALITY years on her life.
