Coach Kara’s birthday workout! Happy birthday Kara! The goal is to get this workout done under 15 minutes. The weight on the bar should basically be the max weight you could do one round of this workout unbroken. Obviously, you will have to drop the bar after the reverse lunges to do box jumps. The cash out burpees will be tough but get started with them right away. Wish Kara happy birthday after!
