Summer is winding down and back to school shopping is kicking up.
You’re going to be seeing other folks and your friends at registration day, the drop off and pick up line, and at the inevitable back to school get togethers.
And because you’ve been working so hard and have been so consistent at Fit2Live, you’re going to hear things like…
“Whoa, I had to double take when I saw you!”
“You look amazing!”
“Goodness gracious, I’ve never seen a healthier, happier, and more energetic person in my entire life!”
OK OK, maybe not those exact words, but there’s a 100% chance that exercise, nutrition, and “getting back into it” with the school year is going to come up amongst your friends and fellow parents (I call August Second New Year).
We absolutely love having you at Fit2Live, and we’d love to have your friends here with us too.
If you do think that they would benefit from spending some time at Fit2Live, here are a few options on how to get them sweating with us!
Option 1: Send them to the website – www.fit2livegym.com – and tell them to fill out any of the forms that we offer.
Option 2: Put them in an email with our head coach Brandon! [email protected] and he’ll take it from there.
Option 3: If they want to know more about nutrition and wellness coaching, put them in an email with [email protected] and she’ll take it from there.
All of our new group fitness members have to go through our No Sweat Intro for onboarding. This no sweat intro is a face to face meeting (not a workout) so we can get to know them a bit better, and figure out what is going to be the best option for them moving forward.
After the No Sweat Intro, new members will go through one of our foundations options that works best for them to lay the best foundation for long term success when getting started in class.
Some new members will be more comfortable getting 100% attention on them with 1-on-1 personal training.
Some will also layer in nutrition and wellness coaching to get help with their healthy habits outside of the gym.
If you have any questions about the onboarding process for your friends, I’d love to chat with you about it.
Or maybe we could even do a Goal Review session?
After all, we are in the second new year (aka – back to school) and I’d love to help you establish some goals to work on during this fall semester.
Send me an email and we’ll make it happen!
As always, thank you so much for being here with us.
If you need anything, please let us know!
