Reaching 1,000 classes takes years of consistent effort, and it says a lot about the kind of person Katie is.
She is incredibly positive, hardworking, community-focused, and the type of member who makes everyone around her better simply by showing up.
We are incredibly proud to recognize Katie for 1,000 classes strong.
From “Temporary” to a Fit2Live Staple
Katie got her start at Fit2Live back in October of 2020 when her previous gym closed during the pandemic.
At the time, she originally planned on staying with us temporarily until that gym reopened. However, like many members before her, she quickly realized she had found something special.
She has continued training with us ever since, and over the years she has become a true pillar of the Fit2Live community.
This is a common story at Fit2Live. People come in looking for a place to work out, and they stay because of the coaching and community.

The Energy Katie Brings Every Day
Since 2020, Katie has been one of the most positive, friendly, and consistent members in our community. She shows up to class with a smile on her face, works incredibly hard, and brings a bright energy that lifts up everyone around her.
Her consistency is impressive, but what stands out just as much is how she encourages others through her presence, her attitude, and her growth mindset.
Katie once said it best:
“I stayed because I have never been this fit or this courageous in my workouts. I also love the community.”
That statement captures exactly what we want for every member. Fitness isn’t just about being in shape. It’s about building confidence and courage in what your body can do, and having a supportive community around you while you do it.

1000 Classes of Progress, Challenge, and Growth
Over the past six years, Katie has done some incredible things with her fitness, and she’s used that fitness in meaningful ways outside of the gym.
Here are just a few highlights that reflect the kind of well-rounded athlete and person she is:
- She uses her strength and conditioning to support her Masters swimming competitions and recently set an all-time PR!
- She has become an important part of our team as our Nutrition and Wellness Coach, helping members build healthier habits and improve their lives outside the gym.
- She has competed in several Fall Brawl competitions at Fit2Live.
- She continues to lead by example through consistency, work ethic, and an infectiously positive growth mindset.
Katie has now been helping members improve their nutrition and wellness for nearly two years, bringing the same encouragement and positivity to coaching that she brings to every workout.
She is the kind of coach who helps people feel supported, capable, and confident in making changes that actually last.
