How Rick Gained 6lbs of muscle over the age of 70!

This is Rick.

He is our newest member of the 100 class club at Fit2Live.

Rick first joined Fit2Live in September of 2023 with his wife Glenda.

Rick and Glenda had recently gone on a hiking trip with friends who were outpacing them throughout the hike.

They asked their friends what they did to stay in such great shape and they revealed their secret….doing CrossFit.

Upon returning from their hiking trip Rick and Glenda decided to give CrossFit and Fit2Live a try.

They got started with our foundations program and hit the ground running in our masters classes.

To say Rick has seen results in the last year at Fit2Live would be an understatement.

In just over a year at Fit2Live and attending the masters classes 2 times a week Rick has put on 6lbs of muscle and lost 2% bodyfat!

He can now do more with his body than ever before.

Rick is proof that you can gain strength and fitness well into your golden years.

He now is the one doing the pacing on their hiking excursions.
