I am excited to introduce you to Logan.
He has been working hard over the last 7 months to reframe his mindset concerning his health and fitness goals.
He’s done this working in our Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Program fully remote!
He has added some great habits and prioritized others healthy habits to create a lifestyle of health and wellness.
Logan lives in Colorado and enjoys hiking, playing rugby and soccer, weightlifting and living life to the fullest.
Logan was introduced to Fit2Live by our beloved Coach Jacque. He has been participating in our nutrition and wellness coaching program remotely and has not missed a beat since participating in the nutrition challenge last January.
Here is what Logan has to say about his journey:
I was prompted to pursue nutrition coaching with EJ after noticing improvements in my life after I was gifted the nutrition challenge last winter.
I’ve learned to take credit for the small wins, how making better choices sets you up for more better choices down the road, and the value of properly fueling and refueling around workouts/sports.
Working with EJ helped me to revolutionize my health mindset through taking incremental steps. Trust the process and take the small wins.
