Christopher Castro – Nutrition and Wellness Client of the Month!
Christopher got his start at Fit2Live in April of 2024. His initial goal was to gain strength and mobility and to work on adding consistency to his fitness routine. He knew that quality coaching was important and he found that community is also helpful in working towards his health and wellness goals.
In January of 2025, Christopher decided to level up his routines and has been pleasantly surprised what a difference adding a few habits could make in his quality of life.
Here is his story:
“Back in January, I participated in the nutrition challenge at Fit2Live because I knew I wanted to start forming better habits and I was curious what I could learn from participating in the challenge. By the end of it, I was really surprised at how many changes were possible to start implementing in just a few weeks. I don’t think I was expecting quite that level of change all at once, but I was excited to keep it going and see how much further I could take it, so I continued with the nutrition coaching program with EJ.
After a few months with the program, I’m eating better, sleeping better, drinking more water, exercising more consistently, feeling more energized, and even making more time to read for fun (something I’ve been trying to do for years). It almost feels like an exaggeration, but honestly, each of those areas is the best it’s ever been for me. Before I started with the coaching program I would have been happy to improve in just one of the areas, but somehow I’ve managed to improve in them all. The overall change has been subtle and gradual but in hindsight it’s reshaped multiple aspects of my life in a really great way.
It’s definitely taken a lot of personal effort, but I know there’s zero chance I’d be seeing these changes without the structure, accountability, and support that coaching has provided. Building a relationship with Coach EJ has been a highlight – it’s clear she genuinely cares and takes joy in seeing you succeed, which makes a huge difference for me. She’s made the entire process enjoyable, and I look forward to our check-ins, which has made the coaching even more effective.”

Christopher has consistently made choices that have allowed him to experience positive changes in his life and habits that were a deliberate effort several months ago are now a normal part of his healthy lifestyle.
