Some milestones are impressive because of the number. This one is special because of the person behind it, and the journey it represents.
Today we’re celebrating a massive milestone for someone who has poured more into the Fit2Live community than words can really capture—our Head Coach Brandon.
Brandon just hit 2,500 classes at Fit2Live, and if you’ve ever spent time in the gym with him, you know this isn’t just a “workouts completed” stat. It’s thousands of days of discipline, care, leadership, and showing up with purpose.
2500 Classes… and a Whole Lot More Than Workouts
Brandon truly lives and breathes Fit2Live. He’s the one writing the workouts, coaching the classes, and helping members improve the details that matter—positions, mechanics, movement quality, and confidence. He’s the one celebrating PRs and pushing people to be just a little bit better than yesterday, not through hype, but through good coaching and consistency.
He’s also the one showing up early and staying late, making sure everything runs smoothly and that every person who walks through the doors feels supported and cared for. Whether you’re in the middle of a brutal workout or doubting yourself on a lift you’ve been working on for months, Brandon has a way of meeting you where you’re at and helping you take the next step.
That’s what great coaching looks like. It’s not just the workout. It’s the relationship and the trust built over time.

Brandon’s Story: From “Couch Potato” to Leading By Example
What makes Brandon’s milestone even more powerful is that he didn’t start as “the fit guy.” He didn’t grow up playing sports. He didn’t have years in a gym or a background with barbells.
Brandon didn’t start his fitness journey until his mid-twenties.
Before that, he describes himself as a typical couch potato. No sports. Rarely went to a gym. Never touched a barbell. He was a chain smoker with a fast food diet, struggled with his weight most of his life, and at his heaviest he was 100lbs overweight.
That’s important to say out loud because so many people assume the coaches and “fit people” have always been that way.
Brandon is proof that it’s not about where you start. It’s about what you do after you decide you’re ready for change.

The Turning Point
When Brandon met his wife at 22, she noticed something that scared her—she could hear him breathing heavily even when he was just sitting on the couch. Her concern for his health, both physical and mental, became a turning point. Brandon decided he needed to make a change.
He didn’t start with an extreme program. He started with walking.
He would go for two-hour walks daily. Then he tried jogging, and it humbled him fast. Because he was still smoking, his first attempt ended after about 400 meters, almost passing out, and needing a long time just to recover. But instead of quitting, he set a goal: run two miles.
He reached it in about four months. Then his goal became five miles. Then ten miles. Then he joined a gym for the first time. Then he started lifting weights. Then he did “extreme” at-home workouts for a few years.
Eventually, he needed a new challenge.
That decision led him to Fit2Live, and the moment he walked into Fit2Live, he was hooked.

The Community Piece That Changed Everything
Brandon didn’t even realize what the community aspect of Fit2Live was going to mean to him. He expected the workouts. He didn’t expect how warm and welcoming the coaches and members would be.
He found a place where people pushed him, challenged him, supported him, and inspired him to levels of fitness he didn’t think were possible. Over time, that consistency and support helped him control his anxiety, and in the process, he became a better husband, friend, and human being.
That part of Brandon’s story is one of the biggest reasons he’s such a great coach today. He understands what it feels like to start from scratch, to feel intimidated, to struggle with confidence, and to wonder if you can really change.
He’s lived it.

A Coach Who Practices What He Teaches
Brandon’s 2,500 classes matter because they aren’t separate from his coaching—they’re part of it. He trains hard. He takes care of his body. He supports the people around him. He shows up day after day with passion and purpose, and he leads by example in the most real way possible.
He’s helped thousands of workouts happen for other people, but today we celebrate 2,500 of his own.
That’s thousands of days choosing discipline. Thousands of days showing up. Thousands of days practicing what he teaches.

Why This Matters for Every Member
Brandon’s story is a reminder that fitness isn’t something you either “have” or “don’t have.” It’s something you build.
It starts with one decision. Then one walk. Then one workout. Then one month of consistency. Then one year. Then years.
And eventually, you become the kind of person who doesn’t just chase health—you lives it, and helps other people build it too.
We’re incredibly grateful to have you as our Head Coach, mentor, role model, and friend Brandon.
Congratulations on 2,500 classes strong. 👊🔥
