We’ve got 45 days left in 2023. That’s just under 6 weeks.
The American way is to shut down during this stretch, to call it a game, pack it in and hibernate for the last 45 days of the year and try again in the New Year.
The average American gains 7-10lbs over the next 6 weeks and that’s not good weight.
As the weather gets colder people workout less (less than 2x per week) and they walk less (less than 3000 steps per day).
They start the new year feeling:
Overweight
Low energy
Lack of motivation
Frustrated
Then the new year cycle starts. People have to lose the weight they’ve gained from the prior 6 weeks.
Even worse, they just continue the trend heading into the new year and put on even more weight and continue sliding into sedentary seasonal depression.
Over the last 15 years we’ve helped 1000’s of people just like you, enjoy their favorite holidays and foods while maintaining their weight instead of gaining.
What if you didn’t follow the same weight gain sedentary trend this year?
What if you made more progress towards your goals during this time instead of steps backwards?
There is still plenty of time to course correct if you fell off at some point during the race.
It’s plenty of time to make some serious progress on becoming the person who you want to be next year, or in five years, or in ten years.
Yesterday was the absolute best day to start making that progress.
Today is the next best time to get started.
Tomorrow will most likely never happen.
We’ve got room at our busy gym to take in a handful of new members over the next couple of weeks.
Schedule a consultation right here if you’d like to be one of them.
