Aaron Spork- MEMBER OF THE MONTH FOR NOVEMBER 2024 AT FIT2LIVE!
November 2024
This month’s spotlight is on the hard working, consistent and very dedicated Aaron Spork.
Aaron lives to optimize his health and his fitness.
He uses his functional fitness to support his adrenaline fix doing ultra marathons, goruck challenges and much much more with his body.
Aaron got his start at Fit2Live in October of 2022.
Aaron joined us to balance out his endurance training and races and he knew he need more functional fitness and strength in his life.
Two years later and Aaron hasn’t looked back. He is consistently in class 4-5 times every week and is a proud member in our 250 class club, quickly approaching the 500 class club!
In his 2 years at Fit2Live Aaron has improved his mobility, his functional movement abilities and added more lean muscle mass and strength to use with his adrenaline adventures.
For these reasons and many more, Aaron has been chosen as our member of the month for November of 2024!

Tell us a little about yourself, where you’re from, what you do outside of Fit2Live, family, hobbies, etc.
Michigan born, woot South Macomb Hospital. Lived in Texas, Colorado, and Alabama. Work as a Test Engineer breaking automotive seats for your safety.
When and why did you get started at Fit2Live? What keeps you coming back?
Tested out a couple of other gyms and got introduced by member Joy Knoblauch to Ryan’s Cult, I mean fitness family. Made my first “visit” for the 2022 Murph.
Was looking to add some weight training to my fitness, told i needed more than my 60# sandbag and ruck training.
The culture, coaching, and fun having keeps me coming back!
What is your fondest memory at Fit2Live thus far?
So many…
During an Endurance Class hitting a light with a slam ball during the Army Fitness and Brandon’s face.
The first time I got the Sharon wink, you can add a little more weight.
You are quite the adrenaline seeking adventurer. Tell us about some of your craziest races and/or adventures, don’t be humble give us the details!
Shelby GT500, coyote, and famous golfer with the initials PM (could be a lefty)…
Formerly worked at Roush test driving vehicles from the jungles of Amazon, Yellow Knife Canada, and rowdy Sturgis, SD during Bike Week. But coolest story is getting to driving PM around the Arizona Proving grounds in a Shelby GT5000 and hitting a coyote at about 115 mph.
Can’t confirm or deny if we flipped.
How has class at Fit2Live helped/prepared you for these crazy feats of adventure endurance?
Just the base level of fitness I’ve gained from my time at Fit2Live. I can just pick up and run a 5k with my daughter, complete a 50k gravel bike race or 8 hr GoRuck event.
Just plain harder to kill.
What is a fun fact or hobby that you have that someone might not know about you?
Looking at me would you guess I was former bull rider and tie-down roper in former life. Mostly amateur, MSU Rodeo team, and a pro tour night I would like to forget about.
Also attended Woodstock ’99.
If you could travel to any place in the world tomorrow, where would you go and what would you do?

Go to The Rocks, Bondi, Kangaroo island, and watch and AFL game.
